Green Fertilizer Application
Green Fertilizer
Green fertilization is the process of supplying nutrients that are lacking in green grass.
Green City, providing nutrition to the green

Green fertilizer is a process to maintain healthy growth and good green condition by supplementing nutrients that are lacking in green grass based on the annual fertilizer plan.
Fertilizers are divided into granular fertilizer and liquid fertilizer , and the fertilization period is implemented based on the green fertilization plan , but is implemented flexibly depending on weather conditions, grass growth status, and changes in the growing environment.
Equipment and personnel required: 2 manure tanks, 1 Cushman tank, 6 fertilizer spreaders
Time required: 20 minutes for 1 green
caution
- Check if the sprinkler is working before use
- Avoid applying too much fertilizer at once to the greens.
-After watering, check to see if the fertilizer has dissolved sufficiently.
It is not recommended to work at temperatures above -30℃.
How to work
Fertilizer application method
- After checking the type of fertilizer, amount of fertilizer, and location, measure the amount of fertilizer and load it onto the work vehicle.
-After moving to the green, use a fertilizer spreader to evenly spray the fertilizer over the green surface, but make sure to cross the spraying direction at least twice.
-After spraying, use a sprinkler to sufficiently dissolve the fertilizer.
To prevent concentration disorders, water is sprayed immediately after fertilizing one green.
Liquid fertilizer application method
-After checking the type, amount, and location of fertilizer, measure the amount of fertilizer to be applied.
-After filling the tank with water, add fertilizer and dilute it sufficiently.
-After moving to green, one person spreads out the reagent hose and prepares the fertilizer, and the other person starts the fertilizer tank engine, checks whether the PTO is operating, and then adjusts the engine RPM appropriately.
-Do not spray directly on the green, but spray evenly by spraying mist in a 45” to 60” direction.
-After spraying, use a sprinkler to sufficiently dissolve the fertilizer according to the amount and concentration of fertilizer.
- Prevent concentration disorders by spraying water immediately after fertilizing one green.
Types of green fertilizers
- Grain; Grain silica, softening complex, calcium, phosphoric acid, trace elements, soil conditioner
-Liquid: 4 types of compound fertilizers including gari, calcium, silica, zinc, arsenic, iron, wood vinegar, boron, surfactant, etc.

Comprehensive Fertilizer Management Methods Throughout the Year

The Accelerate controller focuses on providing the operator with more options, specifically the ability to utilize the flow meter calibration process on each boom for increased precision. It also allows for time-catch testing on each nozzle size and color, maximizing precision and accuracy.
Other features have been added, including more precise manual pump speed control, improved spray system pressure valve stability, and expanded diagnostic information such as spray system pressure. Overall improvements to the control software increase the accuracy of the flow meter calibration process, resulting in more precise spraying overall.
