코스 시비시약, 코스를 보다 부르고 부드럽게
티잉 그라운드 (teeing ground), 티잉 에어리어 (teeing area), 티 박스 (tee-box)는 티 (tee)를 꼽고 티샷을 하는 출발 지점입니다. 모든 홀에서 첫 번째 샷을 하는 지역입니다. 티 박스는 주위의 지면보다 약간 높이 솟아 있으며 직사각형의 평평한 형태로 되어 있고 잔디는그린처럼 최대한 미세하게 깎아놓는 것이 보통입니다
2019년 1월부터 영국왕립골프협회(R&A)와 미국골프협회(USGA)의 규칙에 따라 '티잉그라운드'라는 용어가 '티잉에리어'로 변경되었습니다
한국잔디로 조성된 티잉 그라운드와 페어웨이는 여름철이 생육 최성기이므로 6월 말 내지 7월 상순에 걸쳐 버티칼 모잉, 슬라이싱, 코아링 등의 갱신작업을 충분히 해 노화된 잔디에 대한 새 로운 개체의 발생을 유도하고 축적된 대치를 제거하는 것이 바람직하다. 특히 에어프런,레귤러 티잉 그라운드, 그린칼라와 같이 집중적인 답압으로 토양의 고결화가 심한 장소는 반드시 에어레이션 작업을 해서 잔디의 생육을 충분히 조장하는 것이 좋다.

Teeing Airy, Foreseeing
-Red Tee Red Tee (Lady Tee): The tee color is red and it is the teeing area for women golfers, children, and junior golfers. The distance to the hole is the closest teeing area.
-Yellow Tee Yellow Tee: The tee color is yellow and this is the teeing area used by mid- to high-level female golfers or male senior golfers.
-White TeeWhite Tee (Regular Tee): The tee color is white and this is the teeing area used by general men and is widely used by general golfers.
-Blue Tee (Champion Tee): The tee color is blue and this is the teeing area used by advanced men, professionals, and single golfers.
-Black TeeBlack Tee: The tee color is black and it is the teeing area used by top golfers and professional golfers, and is the farthest distance to the hole.
